Your request will be registered and  you will receive a rental's contract.

The booking will be confirmed only if you send within 10 days a signed contract with the payment of the deposit (25% of the house's cost) by credit card, bank transfer or check.

The balance is due one month before your arrival.

We confirm your booking to the owner who will be pleased to contact you directly and with whom you will be able, if necessary, to check any details.

Each rental agreement implies registration fees.

Some villages in Anjou have introduced a tourist tax which applies for short-stay guests and holidaymakers staying in rural gîtes, bed and breakfasts, campsites...

The tax is collected by the owners who have to deliver a receipt to the tenants. If not mentioned, this tax is not included in the price.

Any complain's letter regarding the accomodation has to be sent to the booking's service within 3 days following your arrival at the gîte (the postmark being taken as proof).

Claims can be submitted to the quality's service of Gîtes de France 's Federation.
