Access via « la levée de Belle Poule », motor vehicles unauthorized, for residents only (« Loire à vélo » trail) from les Ponts de Cé to Saumur. This protected site is classified as NATURA 2000. This rural house of character was built in 1814 at the end of the first Empire. It offers 4 rooms on the ground floor, each with access to terraces. Garden planted with trees (2000m²) - Tumble dryer. Annual rental (subject to the risk of flood on the access road (in exceptional cases from November to April).
