On the ground floor, the gîte has a 29m² living/dining room with decorative fireplace, a fully-equipped separate kitchen opening onto the garden, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and separate WC.
Upstairs, you will find 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (the first has a 160x200cm double bed, the second 2 90x190cm single beds and the third a 90x190cm single bed), a bathroom with bath, a shower room and separate WC.
The gîte also has a small, walled garden with a shaded terrace (garden furniture, parasol, etc.).
