Please note: the insurance can only be taken out for a booking made with the booking agency either by telephone or e-mail, or online (on the internet).

This insurance must be taken out imperatively when the reservation is made.

The Insured must inform Gîtes de France Anjou of his withdrawal by écrit as soon as the occurrence of the événement empêchant son départ au 02 41 88 50 44 ou à resa@gites-de-france-anjou.com
Les Gîtes de France Anjou acknowledges receipt and provides a décompte à l’assuré.

 

2- If you have taken out séjour insurance under the meetch multirisques (n°5942) or meetch multirisques premium (n°5941) contract, you can be reimbursed for these costs, excluding the amount of insurance

and booking fees, with no excess (except in the case of cancellation or late arrival due to Covid, where an excess of 30€ will be deducted).

Meetch will proceed with the refund after reviewing your file.

 

Important: we invite you to fill in the form received by Meetch by email as soon as possible (within five days of learning about it).
