This gîte adjoins the owners' house and is much appreciated for its old beams and tufa stone walls. It comprises :
Ground floor:
- a living room with lounge, fitted kitchen and dining area
- A laundry area and separate WC
First floor:
- A first bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and a 90cm x 190cm bed overlooking the orchard
- A second bedroom with twin beds (80cm x 200cm) overlooking the garden,
- A separate shower room with shower and WC.
On sunny days, you can make the most of the outside terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as the fully private, hedged garden area. Available in the gîte: baby equipment on request (high chair and cot), WIFI internet connection. Electricity and heating charges are included in the rental price. C.E and Pony Club nearby. Beautiful supervised beach 4km away. Walks in the Basses Vallées Angevines and hiking trails, an exceptional site for its fauna, flora, habitats and especially its birds.
