1 hour from Nantes, in the heart of the green Mauges countryside, detached gite on the ground floor of a farmhouse situated on a poultry farm.
The gîte has the advantage of being located in the centre of a number of tourist attractions: the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (Europe's largest Japanese garden, 25 minutes away), the Jardin Camifolia in Chemillé en Anjou (10 minutes), the Layon Valley and its vineyards (25 minutes), the Doué la Fontaine Biopark and its troglodyte caves, Clisson and also the Puy du Fou (40 minutes), etc.
Entirely on one level, the gîte has its own entrance and opens onto a living room with stone walls and exposed beams. Living room with sofa, armchairs and television. Open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) with dining table and chairs. A corridor leads to the sleeping area: 2 bedrooms overlooking the terrace (one with a 140x190cm double bed and the other with three 90x200cm adjustable beds). Shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin, washing machine and partitioned WC (1 small step to access the shower room).
Outside, you'll enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for sunny days. Fishermen have access to a private pond 100m from the gîte.
The owners, who live upstairs in the farmhouse, welcome you for a stay with family, friends or your 4-legged friend.
