On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a spacious 65 m² living area comprising a lounge, a cosy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The large bay windows offer magnificent views over the vineyards and lead out onto a spacious terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for sharing meals al fresco or simply admiring the scenery.
This level also features the ‘Quart de Chaume’ bedroom, fitted with a 140x190cm double bed, as well as the ‘Clos du Papillon’ bedroom, which has three 90x190cm beds, two of which can be joined to form a double bed measuring 180x190cm. A shower room, a separate toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor layout.
Upstairs, the ‘Les 3C’ bedroom has a 140x190cm double bed, whilst the ‘Coteaux du Layon’ bedroom features three 90x190cm beds, two of which can be arranged to form a 180x190cm double bed. You’ll also find a bathroom and a separate toilet, offering great convenience for group stays.
Outside, young and old alike will enjoy the lawn, the children’s play area and the various relaxation areas, allowing you to make the most of the peaceful surroundings.
