A peaceful stay in the countryside, 10 minutes from Angers: come and stay in this former 15th-century dwelling! Located in Andard, this guest house offers three spacious rooms for rent. The owner, Catherine, will be delighted to welcome you and tell you all about the many attractions in the area!
The house opens onto a vast living room to be shared by guests, with a sitting area with TV, a dining area and a fireplace. It is in this room that the copious breakfasts are served each morning: home-made cakes, home-made jams, fruit salad, bread, tea, coffee... Two steps down from the living room lead to the Fleur de Lys bedroom, with a 160cm x 200cm bed (which can be split into 2 80cm beds), a small sitting room, a shower room and a separate WC.
The first floor has two bedrooms:
The "Buttercup" bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a small lounge, a bathroom with bath and WC.
The "Nénuphar" bedroom with a 160cm X 200cm bed, a 90cm X 190cm bed, a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
You will also be able to make the most of the exterior adjoining the dwelling, with garden furniture and deckchairs in a green, wooded and peaceful setting. The playground is just a few steps away and will delight your children.
