The charm of a village just 15 minutes from Angers town centre and 500m from the Mayenne towpath: an ideal stay at Maison d'Héloïse!
The owners welcome you to this former coaching inn in the village of Pruillé, 17km from Angers on the Laval-Rennes road. Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the jewels of our region: the Terra Botanica plant park 15 minutes away, the Mine Bleue, the former mining site of Anjou Bleu 25 minutes away, Angers and its historic town centre 15 minutes away, and the Loire 20 minutes away. The vineyards open their doors to the public and will tantalise your taste buds with the many appellations to sample: Anjou, Coteaux du Layon, Saumurois... In moderation!
La maison d'Héloïse comprises :
- The "Bengali" bedroom, with a 160cm x 200cm bed, a shower room and separate WC, with direct access from the bedroom.
- The family suite "La Colibri", comprising two independent bedrooms: one with a 160cm X 200cm bed, and the second "La Mésange" with two 90cm X 200cm beds that can be made into a 180cm X 200cm bed. The shower room and WC, located in the same room, are not connected to these rooms but are directly opposite. If you would like to book the two rooms for 2 people, the rate is €130/night. In this case, please contact the Gîtes de France reservations department directly.
On the ground floor is the living area, with a dining room and a relaxation area. This is where the copious breakfasts are served each morning: brioche, viennoiseries, fresh bread, organic fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit (depending on the season), dried fruit, compote, homemade jam, honey, coffee, tea, chocolate... All you need to get the day off to a good start! Board games and games for children are available during your stay, as well as a high chair and a cot.
The village of Pruillé is on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela and Mont Saint Michel, and on the Vélofrancette, the route linking Ouistreham to La Rochelle.
To welcome cyclists, the Maison d'Héloïse has a "bicycle stable" where bikes can be safely stored. Parking is available directly opposite the house.

It used to be a coaching inn, a café, a tobacco shop and then a house where Héloïse, who used to stock newspapers, bread and gas, decided to offer bed and breakfast accommodation. So it was only natural, delighted to share this taste for hospitality, that we should carry out her wishes and offer the comfort and calm of our rooms to our visitors.
