At the heart of the Bois Brinçon estate, Géraldine and Xavier, winemakers, invite you to discover their vineyard. Stay in the Cellier gîte and accommodate up to 15 people in 8 bedrooms, 240m² and 1500m² of outdoor space.
Between Angers and Saumur, close to the Loire, you'll be in the heart of the Anjou-Saumur vineyards, and just 2 steps away from a visit to the estate and a tasting of the organic and biodynamic wines produced on site.
This 240m² gîte, close to Angers, is a friendly, family-run property, ideal for getting together while still providing a comfortable private space for everyone. It is also ideal for seminars or training courses, thanks to its 30m² meeting room with connected TV, tables and chairs.
Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with a fireplace and a large dining area for 15 people. The modern kitchen is pleasant and functional, with appliances and equipment designed to accommodate groups.

4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 bedroom half a level below the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The 3-bed suite has its own bathroom. All rooms have a water point or shower room.
Outside, there is a large unfenced area of around 1500m² with ample parking, a lawn area, a covered area and an area with picnic tables, parasols and a barbecue for outdoor meals. The estate is surrounded by vines.

The banks of the Loire are 5 minutes away. Angers is 20 minutes away and Saumur 30 minutes. Visit the Château de Brissac-Quincé 10 minutes away.
Wifi internet connection (white zone in the gîte). A large connected television is available in the meeting room (no television in the living room). Full service with towels, hygiene products and sheets included, beds made on arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional, and an extra charge will be made for wood to keep the fireplace burning in winter. Rather steep staircase to reach the small mezzanine.
