On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed guarantees a restful night's sleep. A modern shower room with large shower and WC completes the space. On the mezzanine, which opens onto the living room, a second double bed (140x190cm) provides a cosy, warm space.
Outside, everything is in place to make the most of the fine weather. The terrace invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue. The relaxation areas are perfect for soaking up the sun, while leisure enthusiasts will love the dart board. A summer kitchen will soon complete the facilities for even greater holiday comfort. The enclosed garden, shared with the owners and the estate's second gîte, offers a pleasant setting where young and old alike can enjoy the outdoors in complete peace and quiet. Private parking is available inside the property.
