A unique location on the banks of the Loire with magnificent views over the river.
Isabelle, the owner, shares her world with you: her decorating boutique, the exhibition room, which changes works and artists from period to period, and her "Royal!" ice-cream parlour and terrace overlooking the Loire.
You'll be ideally situated for exploring the Anjou region: 20 minutes from Saumur, Doué-la-Fontaine and Brissac, 40 minutes from Angers, and ... the Loire is just around the corner! The view over the Loire Valley is exceptional, as is the setting. This château, the former property of Elisa Amiot, founder of the Veuve Amiot house, was built in the 17th century on a vast terrace offering an exceptional view over the Loire Valley.
The gîte is in two parts:
- In the main building: a large dining kitchen, a scullery, a convivial room with a sitting room facing the large opening onto the courtyard and the view, 1 ground-floor bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
Upstairs, there are 3 beautiful suites, each measuring 20 to 30m², with full en suite facilities. The meticulously decorated rooms are immersed in château life, with all modern comforts.
In the other wing, upstairs, you'll find a second gîte of 65m², charming and with its remarkable 45m² terrace, entirely private. Inside, a cosy living room features a dining area, a small kitchen and a sitting room. There are two bedrooms: one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x190cm beds. The bathroom has a large shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
This site has been awarded the "Accueil vélo" label. Secure gated property. Private car park. Internet connection (fibre).
