You'll be ideally situated for exploring the Anjou region: 20 minutes from Saumur, Doué-la-Fontaine and Brissac, 40 minutes from Angers, and ... the Loire just down the road! The view over the Loire Valley is exceptional, as is the setting. This château, formerly the property of Elisa Amiot, founder of the Veuve Amiot fashion house, was built in the 17th century on a vast terrace offering exceptional views over the Loire Valley.
The two-storey gîte comprises on the ground floor :
- a large kitchen with utility room
- a convivial 29m² living room with a lounge opening onto the courtyard and the superb view
- a ground-floor bedroom with a 140x190cm bed
- WC with washbasin
Upstairs, 3 beautiful suites, each measuring 20 to 30m², with full en suite facilities. Beautifully decorated, you'll feel like you're living in a château, with all the modern comforts.
Outside, you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue in the château courtyard.
