A charming little house, 10 minutes from Saumur and Montreuil-Bellay, and 20 minutes from Doué-en-Anjou.
Both a ‘Petite Citée de Caractère’ and a ‘Village de Charme’, the village of Le Coudray-Macouard is also known as ‘The Village of 1,000 Weather Vanes’. Take the time to lose yourself in the old, flower-filled alleyways and appreciate the area’s typical Saumur architecture.
On a quiet side street, you enter the property via a private, enclosed courtyard of around 10m² featuring plenty of plants, a parasol, a table and chairs.
The 22m² living area features a lounge area with a sofa and a Smart TV, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area.
Upstairs, there is a 12m² mezzanine bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds and an en-suite shower room with a large shower, toilet and a small vanity unit.
For parking, there is a public car park 130 metres from the property. As the street is narrow, it is not possible to park in front of the gîte. The owners live in the neighbouring house and will be delighted to welcome you and provide information on places to visit in the region:
