Upstairs is a family bedroom for 4 people (one 140x190cm bed and 2 90x200cm beds) and a bedroom for 2 people with 2 90x200cm beds. They share the bathroom (large shower, bath and vanity unit). Separate WC. All beds are made before your arrival.
Outside, around 400m² of private, fully enclosed space: Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, 2 parking spaces and lawn area for outdoor games.

On the other side of the river, the Isle Briand departmental park is the perfect place for your leisure activities, with its footpaths bordered by the Oudon and Mayenne rivers, picnic areas and large play area ideal for families.
Just 14km away, the La Jaille-Yvon leisure centre offers accrobranche (tree climbing), paintball, archery, horse riding and rock climbing. The Refuge de l'Arche and La Mine Bleue are 20 minutes away, and the Robert Tatin Museum 40 minutes.
