Set in a beautiful stone and tufa stone farmhouse, this cosy gîte is ideal for couples or small families staying in the peace and quiet between the banks of the Loire and the forests of the Baugeois region.
It's a lovely place where you'll find lush, unspoilt vegetation. The owner, who lives in the adjoining house, is committed to preserving the environment, both in her garden and in the materials used to renovate the Malvacées gîte.
Outside: the area in front of the house is equipped with garden furniture (private). The rest of the property is shared with the owner: 5600m² of green space, planted with trees, with a large orchard, vegetable garden, play structure for the little ones, 3 small chickens and a cat.
In this gîte, you enter directly into the 19m² living room with dining area, relaxation area with sofa, open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, induction hob and freezer compartment (no dishwasher).
Upstairs is the large bedroom (21m²) with 2 single beds (140x190cm). The shower room with shower, wc and vanity unit is accessed from the same landing as the bedroom.

Dry toilets on the ground floor in addition to conventional toilets. Heating by wood-fired boiler. New insulation... The renovation of the gîte, completed in 2025, was carried out using healthy, environmentally-friendly materials. The outside areas are managed ecologically, with no use of plant protection products.
Nearby: shops in the village, the banks of the Loire and the Baugé golf course 15 minutes away, Saumur and Angers 30 minutes away. The owner will be happy to provide you with information on the best addresses and growing practices used in her garden.
