Carefully renovated, this former cowshed offers you an authentic and rejuvenating stay with family, friends or business travellers. Charming living room with open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, 2 induction hobs, etc.).
The "Embellie" bedroom on the ground floor has a 160x200 double bed and a private shower room with WC. This spacious room is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The "Parenthèse" room upstairs has a double bed (140x190) and 3 single beds (90x190), which can be converted into a double bed. Shower room and WC on the first floor.
Each bedroom has a television. Separate WC and linen room on the ground floor.
Outside, there is a covered courtyard for meals and a wooden terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool (currently being finished).

Activities on site: Breton pancakes and a visit to the farm
- Clarisse invites you to discover her profession as a crêpière: advice, little secrets, turning on the billig and, of course, a gourmet tasting! You'll be able to catch a glimpse of her as she makes her crepes, as her laboratory has a window (with privacy film) overlooking the gîte corridor (€30/person).
- Come and discover Vincent's world: his organic farm, his equipment, his crops, the milking of his dairy cows and their young calves... A special time to chat with a man who is passionate about and committed to respecting nature.
Bakery, supermarket and tobacconist 1.5km away. There's no shortage of things to do in the surrounding area: Angers (Terra Botanica and its famous castle), Plessis-Bourré castle 10 minutes away, walks or cycle rides along the Mayenne towpath on the Vélo Francette. Less than 1 hour away: the not-to-be-missed town of Saumur and Doué la Fontaine with its troglodyte caves and the Bioparc zoo. And for family fun: Anjou Sport Nature 15km away (tree climbing, canoeing, treasure hunts, pedal boats, paddle boats, etc.).
Indoor or outdoor swimming pool, weather permitting, open from late May to September, 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm (4mx8mx1.50 to 1.80m) - In the evening, the pool is shared with the owners - Baby equipment available on request - Private car park on the property.
