Ideal for 4 people, it is designed for unforgettable holidays combining relaxation, bike rides and local discoveries.
The interior is cosy and functional:
- Ground-floor living room with convivial lounge and television, open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- 2 bright bedrooms upstairs (one with two 80x200cm beds that can be converted into a double bed and the other with 1 160x200cm bed)
- Shower room with walk-in shower (basin, hairdryer, etc.)
- Separate WC on the ground floor
- Reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort, summer and winter alike
Relaxation area in the basement: private spa to unwind after a long bike ride or day of sightseeing - darts for fun with family and friends.
Perfect for cyclists: On the Loire à Vélo route? Stop off and make yourself at home. The gîte has a secure bike room with an electric socket for recharging your bikes. Set off to tackle the river rested and with your batteries full.
Private terrace with a view of the Loire: garden furniture, parasol, small electric griddle for al fresco meals overlooking the royal river.
Washing machine in the room in the courtyard at the back - Broadband Wi-Fi access - Connected TV - Free parking in the street in front of the gîte or on the square 100m away - Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
Everything included: bathroom linen, beds made up on arrival, bathrobes, bike charger and end-of-stay cleaning. All you have to do is put your suitcases down!

Between Angers and Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, come and stay in this authentic village on the banks of the Loire. Angers 25 minutes away, Nantes 1 hour, Puy du Fou 1 hour. Activities: visit the châteaux of the Loire, take a traditional boat cruise, discover the wine route through the vineyards of the Corniche Angevine and don't forget the guinguettes on the banks of the Loire.

Une histoire de passion, de rénovation... et beaucoup d'amour pour créer un lieu qui nous ressemble.
Nous, c’est Nolwenn & Matthieu. Entre le médical et l’artisanat, on partage surtout une même passion : créer, rénover et accueillir.
On s’est lancé un défi un peu fou : redonner vie à cette maison pour en faire un gîte chaleureux, avec une vue dont on ne se lasse jamais. Amoureux de la Loire, on a eu un vrai coup de cœur pour ce lieu…
Et aujourd’hui, on vous ouvre les portes d’un endroit pensé pour se retrouver, ralentir et profiter. Un cocon entre nature, calme et panorama exceptionnel. On a hâte de vous y accueillir.
