This modern gîte, set in a quiet hamlet, offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful, rejuvenating break. Pets are welcome (€3/night/pet), and there's a small enclosed garden of around 100 m² where you can enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy, with a lovely unobstructed view over a field and a small wood.
This house, built in 2024, is entirely on one level, modern, practical and easy to live in:

Zoo de la Boissière du Doré, just 2.5 km away, Clisson, with its magnificent château and the banks of the Sèvre nantaise, 27 minutes away, and the annual HELLFEST. Nantes and its emblematic sites such as the Machines de l'île, 30 minutes away,
The picturesque district of Trentemoult, Champtoceaux and its superb views over the Loire, 10 minutes away. A little further afield, the Atlantic coast, just an hour and 15 minutes away, is ideal for a seaside excursion.
Take advantage of your stopover to discover the Muscadet vineyards and the banks of the Loire near Ancenis.
You can also take a cruise on the Loire or explore the region's charming villages. For cycling enthusiasts, a section of the Loire à Vélo is just 12km from the gîte. And for wine lovers, the Muscadet vineyards of Vallet and Layon are nearby.
