Inside, on the first floor of 45m² are the 3 living rooms. A fully-equipped kitchen with a large American-style fridge, water dispenser and ice cube tray. A living room for meals and a sitting room with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and Prime Video.
On the first floor, 2 beautiful bedrooms and a shower room with toilet, vanity unit and large shower. The 2nd floor has a final bedroom. All the bedrooms have a 160x200cm bed and ample storage space. They are all good-sized, with a surface area of between 17 and 20m².

This gîte in Parnay is on a major tourist route in the department, 20 minutes from Bourgueil, Chinon and Montreuil-Bellay, 30 minutes from Doué la Fontaine and its Biopark, and 1 hour from Angers and Tours. Near the gîte, in Turquant, visit the Musée des Pommes Tapées and enjoy a delicious meal in its restaurant. Visit the many troglodyte sites, such as the Saut au Loup mushroom farm.
