Rochefort is 20 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Saumur. The châteaux of Serrant and Brissac are also 20 minutes away. The Loire is 2km away. You will be located in the Anjou-Saumur vineyards.
Inside, the colours are soft and pleasant. The main room (24m²) has a small, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 and a lounge with television. There is a small bedroom (9m²) with 2 beds (90x190cm) and a bedroom (12m²) with a bed (140x190cm). Both rooms have uninterrupted views over the garden. Beds are made up on arrival. Separate shower room and toilet.
A courtyard with garden furniture allows you to enjoy your meals outside. Large garden with fruit trees, green spaces in the heart of the village. The garden is shared with the owner and her dog and cat, who also live on site. She will be delighted to advise you on excursions in the area.
