A large Tuffeau stone building, a falun courtyard, vineyards as far as the eye can see and the owners' wine estate nearby for your tastings. Even if staying at the estate is tempting, you can still enjoy the emblematic villages of Doué-La-Fontaine and Montreuil-Bellay, just 15 minutes from the gîte. Outside, there's a summer kitchen with a gas plancha under the old barn, a table tennis table, a relaxing lounge, a swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful travertine terrace, sun loungers, and a south-west-facing wooden terrace just outside the gîte, with garden furniture and parasols. There is also a lawn area in the centre of the property and an ornamental garden. Inside, there is a large 32m² dining kitchen fully equipped for groups: solid wood table, American fridge, induction hob, espresso machine and more... A convivial 19m² lounge with sofas and television. At night: a suite adapted for disabled guests with a 14.5m² bedroom, 2 80x200cm beds and accessible bathroom facilities (walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet), a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, an en suite shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a suite with a 160x200cm bed and en suite shower room, 2 bedrooms with a 160x200cm bed, and a bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds. A shower room with 2 basins, shower and wc is shared between these 3 bedrooms. Another separate toilet in the hallway. The owners offer a tour of the Clos de Lassay estate and wine tasting by prior arrangement. The estate is located 1.2 km from the gîte, accessible by little-travelled paths. The towns of Saumur, Fontevraud L'Abbaye and the banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away, Angers 50 minutes and Le Puy du Fou 1 hour.
