- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), separable into two 80x200 beds, and a 90x190 bed.
- a shower room (shower, two basins) and separate WC

Outside, the private terrace awaits you for sharing meals, (picnic table, barbecue, awning). Also enjoy the outdoor space of over 400m² to be shared with a second gîte: lawn, swing, football goal, trampoline, table tennis table... Enclosed grounds with trees.
A library and table football are also available on request.

The centre of the market town of Allonnes with some shops is 3 km away.
Take advantage of your stay to discover the vineyards of Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur and Layon. Visit the many châteaux along the Loire (Saumur, Montsoreau, Chinon, Ussé).
You can also bring your own bikes and take advantage of the cycle routes of the Loire à vélo and the Vélo Francette, 9km away.
You can also rent the "Alouette" gîte on the same site (H49G014843) for up to 11 people for family celebrations, for example. Special rates on request if you rent both gîtes at the same time.
