Welcome to Château de La Mulonnière, in the Layon vineyards south of Angers. This charming 4-person gîte is spacious and bright, with its own private outdoor area. Put down your suitcases and enjoy the mildness of Angers without delay!
You'll be 30 minutes from Angers, 40 from Cholet and 50 from Saumur. On site, in the heart of a wine-growing estate, you can enjoy walks through the vines and discover the wines produced on site.
[THE GITE]
Pleasant, contemporary layout. Colourful, refined decor. Facing the owners' château, enter the 44m² south-facing living room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. Comfortable dining area and lounge. Board games, books and a Bluetooth loudspeaker are on hand to help you enjoy your time together. The ground floor also includes a shower room with a large shower, washbasin unit and toilet.
Upstairs is a first bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 80 x 200cm beds that can be joined together.
Between these two rooms, the mezzanine offers a place to relax with two armchairs facing the television, a children's desk and a desk suitable for teleworking.
In front of the gîte is a small garden with lawn of around 50m², complete with table and chairs, chiliennes, barbecue and safe storage for your bicycles.
Adjoining the Brugge gîte (H49G025069) and the Tokyo gîte (H49G025070), this gîte can accommodate up to 16 people.

Heritage day with the Châteaux of Brissac, Serrant and Angers. Within a 20-minute radius of the gîte, discover 4 villages classified as "Petite citée de caractère" or "Village de charme". Enjoy hunting for local souvenirs in the artists' village of Rablay-sur-Layon, 5 minutes away.
Go further afield and visit the major tourist and cultural sites: the Châteaux of Saumur, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, Terra Botanica, the Japanese gardens of Maulévrier, Le Puy du Fou... Children will love the kangaroo garden at La Possonnière, the equestrian centre 15 minutes away and the Biopark 30 minutes away. The adventurous can head to the Anjou Wake Parc in Terranjou, which offers water skiing and wakeboarding... Nantes is 1h20 away and the Atlantic coast less than 2h.
