This characterful former barn has been fully restored and features a large, bright living room with a convivial dining area, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with television.
At night, there are three spacious bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and two with double beds (160 cm), ideal for a comfortable stay. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate WC. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the facilities.
Outside, it's time to relax: a terrace with garden furniture, a pergola, a gas hob, sun loungers and an unoverlooked garden to make the most of the sunny days in Anjou. The exterior is enclosed.

A tasting of the estate's wines (Rosé de Loire, Cabernet d'Anjou, Bonnezeaux, Coteaux du Layon, etc.) will complete this immersive experience.
Just twenty kilometres away, nature and wildlife lovers can explore the remarkable Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark, while botany enthusiasts can enjoy a sensory interlude in the Camifolia medicinal plant garden.
