Inside, you'll find 80m² of living space between the kitchen, living room, conservatory and pretty winter garden, not forgetting the large lounge and second dining area opening directly onto the terrace and pool area.
The living room has a warm and friendly wood-burning stove for television, which will be appreciated over an aperitif or games... For fans of the small screen, there is a second lounge upstairs with a television. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 extra people on request (160 x 200cm).
At night, this gîte has 3 suites (17 to 26m²), each with television, 160 x 200cm bed, separate shower room and toilet, small lounge and study. The upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The private, fully enclosed grounds include a gravelled courtyard for parking, a lawn area, a terrace with pergola and garden furniture for meals, and a terrace next to the pool area with a lounge. The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to the end of September and secured by a barrier and a gate (dimensions 8 x 4 x1.60m). In all, 800m² of landscaped gardens have been laid out for relaxing and lounging.

The owners will be delighted to show you around their restaurant "La Table de la Bergerie", rated 1* in the Michelin guide, as well as the Domaine de La Bergerie cellar for a tasting of the wide range of Anjou wines produced on site. Don't forget to book! Take advantage of your stay to discover Anjou on a walk through the vineyards or along the Loire. Go further afield and visit the major tourist and cultural sites: the Châteaux of Angers, Saumur, Brissac-Quincé, Serrant, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, Terra Botanica, the Japanese gardens of Maulévrier, Le Puy du Fou...
You'll be 40 minutes from Angers and Cholet, 45 minutes from Saumur, 1h20 from Nantes and less than 2 hours from the Atlantic coast.
