The farm is surrounded by vines and two ponds, and you can enjoy lovely views over the countryside from the private terrace high up.
This gîte in Anjou is 40 minutes from Angers, Saumur and Cholet and 30 minutes from Doué La Fontaine. The banks of the Loire are 15 minutes away, and there are plenty of opportunities for walks through the vineyards in the surrounding area.
The gîte is located on the first floor and is accessed via a secure staircase. You enter into a living room with dining area, sitting area and fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher). There are two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed. A 90cm bed is available on request.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet.
Make your stay a stopover for wine tourism: the winegrowers will be delighted to show you around their business and offer tastings of their produce. Bottles for sale on site.
The pond in front of the gîte is a perfect spot for outdoor games or a picnic, or for fishing enthusiasts (roach, carp, perch... fishing possible without a licence).
