Looking to recharge your batteries in the heart of the vineyards, in accommodation with a heated swimming pool? Then the Gîte des Noëls is the place for you! Nestling in the heart of a pretty rolling landscape, amidst the hillsides of the Layon Valley, your stay will be synonymous with rest, relaxation and discovery. Halfway between Faye d'Anjou and Thouarcé, this gîte is located between the owners' house and another dwelling.
[SIGHTSEEING AND ACTIVITIES] Lots to see and do in the surrounding area! For heritage lovers, the châteaux of Brissac, Saumur, Angers and Fontevraud Abbey are well worth a visit. If you love vines and wine, the region is full of appellations, all of which are equally interesting to taste: coteau du Layon, coteau d'Aubance, Saumur Champigny, Anjou... In moderation, of course! To find out more, the Musée de la Vigne et du Vin in Saint Lambert du Lattay is just 13 minutes away. For day trips, the town of Angers, with its château, historic town centre and plant park, is 30 minutes away, while Saumur, with its famous black frame and château, is 40 minutes away. For walkers, there are numerous walks in the immediate vicinity of the gîte to discover the local countryside. The Loire River, with its many "guinguettes" open in season, is just 20 minutes away.

The house comprises :
Ground floor: a living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, a sitting room with sofa and television, a shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90cm x 200cm beds, a shower room and separate WC.
The outdoors will delight young and old alike! There's a space under the covered courtyard where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun: garden furniture, a lounge area, a gas griddle and a molkky machine. Need to cool off? The heated swimming pool (width 5m - length 11m) is just the thing! Open from 10am to 6pm (reserved for owners after these times), open from early June to late September (weather permitting) and gated.
