Welcome to the family vineyard of Bois Brinçon and its 21 hectares of organic and biodynamic farming.
Blaison-Saint-Sulpice has been classified as a charming village. It lies at the heart of the Val de Loire region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Ideally situated between Angers, Doué-La-Fontaine and Saumur, you'll also be 5 minutes from Brissac-Quincé and its historic château.
La Closerie' is a self-contained gîte in a former outbuilding of the château.
Ground floor: bright living room with sofa, armchair and television, separate WC, fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. An extra room with laundry facilities gives you plenty of extra storage space.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x200cm beds that can be moved closer together. The shower room with shower, washbasin and WC is shared between the two bedrooms.
Outside, accessible from the kitchen, you can enjoy the enclosed and private gravel courtyard, complete with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and chiliennes. A place to relax and unwind, not overlooked, with trees providing shade and coolness.
Sheets are provided and beds made up on arrival. All-inclusive except for end-of-stay cleaning and towels, which are optional.
On-site entertainment: tasting and sale of the estate's wines. A bottle of wine is offered to each new guest.
4km from the gîte, you can reach the banks of the Loire, and 7km away you can take the Loire cycle route to Angers or Saumur to discover the beautiful Loire countryside. Don't miss the troglodyte sites in the Douessine and Saumur regions. Take a cruise on the Loire from Saint Mathurin sur Loire.
For long-term bookings (4 weeks or more), electricity will be charged on the basis of a statement of charges.
