Treat yourself to a break for two, in a charming gîte designed for couples in search of nature, comfort and authenticity. Nestling in the heart of unspoilt countryside, this cosy place is ideal for getting together and exploring the wonders of the Anjou region.
A former bread oven that has been completely renovated, the air-conditioned gîte elegantly blends noble materials (exposed beams and tufa stone) and warm materials, creating a soft, refined atmosphere.
The bright 35 m² living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, 6 place dishwasher...), a comfortable dining area and a lounge. A panoramic window provides a view over the fields, right in front of the wood-burning stove, ideal for cosy flambées. This room gives direct access to the future south-facing terrace.
From April 2026, you'll be able to enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, a brazier, sun loungers and a lawn area facing the fields (currently under development). A gate will give access to a beautiful area shared with the guests of the second gîte: large wooden swimming pool, sunbathing area, children's play area and fruit trees.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine floor, there is an air-conditioned sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm bed, storage space and a small lounge with an Internet-connected screen (guest Netflix account, DVD player and film collection, no conventional TV channels). Bathroom with spacious shower, washbasin and modern dry toilet (chip-free, with integrated ventilation) on the ground floor.
Everything you need for a peaceful stay, including bike rides, visits to châteaux, local markets and vineyard walks... The neighbouring Eco-gite de la Chapelle can be rented for up to 8 people (see ref H49G026048).

Committed to ecological renovation (wood wool insulation, heat pump, pedo-purification, re-use of materials, eco-certified paint, dry toilets, ecological choices, etc.) and respect for the environment, the gîte is located in a natural setting classified as an LPO Refuge.
Laurine and Michael will be delighted to welcome you and introduce you to permaculture, their animals, tourist attractions close to the gîte and good places to buy organic, local and inexpensive food. Pony rides for children on request. Country and woodland walks around the gîte.

The Eco-gîte de la Chapelle is part of the outbuildings and offers an independent space with a terrace and private garden.
You'll be able to explore this beautiful region of Anjou, with its wealth of tourist attractions, and enjoy the peace and quiet and the songs of the many birds that nest in the property.
