This large-capacity gîte has three levels:
- On the ground floor, a vast 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 10 people and lounge. A large bedroom for 2 people, separate toilet, shower room and laundry area.
- On the first floor, the large landing leads to a bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with double washbasin unit and separate wc.
- The second floor has a mezzanine with three single beds in an undercroft area.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private 30 m² terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside and make the most of the long summer evenings while keeping an eye on the campsite games, located just opposite (30 metres away).
The gîte is housed in a very large building that was once part of the Château de Brissac farm. This large, fully renovated building is 35 metres long and houses 3 adjoining gîtes.
Just 250 metres away, the Etang leisure park offers a wide range of activities, ideal for a great family day out. Brissac Quincé and its castle are just 5 minutes from the gîte. Continue your excursions to the various vineyards in the region, the banks of the Loire, the towns of Angers and Saumur, troglodyte villages, the Doué la Fontaine Biopark...
You'll be staying at the heart of the estate, which includes the Etang campsite. When the campsite is open (from early April to late September), you'll be able to take advantage of the entertainment on offer, children's games, the swimming pool area, the grocery shop, the bar-restaurant and the fishing pond.
The swimming pool area (only when the campsite is open from early April to late September) has 3 pools open from 10am to 8pm: a heated indoor pool (15mx7m), and two heated outdoor pools (17mx5m + paddling pool 4mx4m).
