In Brissac-Quincé, in the heart of the Étang campsite, this large gîte welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Surrounded by green spaces and set in peaceful surroundings, this comfortable accommodation is ideal for a convivial holiday with family or friends, especially with children. With its large capacity and generous size, it's the perfect place to get together and enjoy the Anjou way of life to the full.
The gîte is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, a large living room of around 40 m² includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 10 people and a lounge. A double bedroom (bed 140*190) is also located on this level, as well as a shower room, separate WC and laundry area.
The first floor comprises a large landing leading to two bedrooms, one with three single beds (2 x 80x190 and 1 x 90x190) and the other with a 140x190 double bed. A second shower room with double washbasin unit and separate WC complete this floor.
Under the roof, on the second floor, a converted mezzanine provides three 90x190 single beds in a cosy under-roof area that is often popular with children.
Outside, there is a private terrace of around 30 m² where you can share meals outdoors and enjoy the long summer evenings. The campsite playground is just across the road, around thirty metres away, making it easy to keep an eye on the children.
The gîte is housed in a large, characterful building that was once part of the Château de Brissac farm and has now been completely renovated. It houses three adjoining gîtes.
Just 250 metres away, the Étang leisure park offers plenty of activities for all the family. The centre of Brissac-Quincé and its famous château are just five minutes away. You can also explore the vineyards, the banks of the Loire, the towns of Angers and Saumur and the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark.
When the campsite is open, from the beginning of April to the end of September, make the most of the estate's facilities. Entertainment, playground, grocery shop, bar-restaurant and fishing pond. The aquatic area has three pools open from 10am to 8pm depending on the season, with a heated indoor pool measuring 15 x 7 m and two heated outdoor pools measuring 17 x 5 m with a paddling pool.
