"Les Vigneaux", a group of buildings dating from the 16th century, offers you a seasonal rental comprising a warm and comfortable living room of over 40m² with a fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with television and two large sofas around the (working) fireplace.
Upstairs, the two attic bedrooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children: the first is a bright master bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, a small dressing room and an uninterrupted view of the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom will delight children: a cosy little nest with two 90 x 190cm beds (floor area of 11.50m² and 5m² at a height of 1.80m). The small bedroom with the two single beds will be small enough to accommodate two adults.
Each level has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The master bedroom is air-conditioned.
Around the gîte, a welcoming garden dedicated to relaxation and leisure awaits you: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, outdoor games, table tennis, spring games, hammock... (Private area reserved for guests of the gîte).
Continue your walk along the fields belonging to the owners. You will come to a bucolic area bordered by a small stream, "Le St Aubin", a small pond 500m from the gîte and a wood.
For fishing enthusiasts, the pond is home to roach, carp, tench, carp, one or 2 blackbass... and a few frogs (free access to the pond, no-kill fishing).
In all, no less than 2 hectares of the estate are available for you to explore.
2 kilometres separate the gîte from the banks of the Loire, ideal for cycling holidays... (the Loire by bike route is 1km away).
The owners, who live on site, will be delighted to welcome you and provide information on local activities and outings.
