Ideal for a family holiday, with friends or for work, come and discover the Mélinière gîte! Situated in Saint-Georges-des-Gardes, 3km from the highest point in the département, your stay will be a source of rest in a small village of 15 inhabitants (or 5 'feux' as they say around here): two dairy farms live here side by side. The owners, Stéphane, Valérie and their 3 children, live in the adjoining house.
This independent gîte is not overlooked and comprises :

Outside, an enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers lets you make the most of sunny days! You'll also have the chance to try and tame the family's pony Choupette and 3 small Ouessant sheep.
Included in the rental price: high-speed wi-fi internet connection (teleworkers welcome!), heating and electricity. Extra charge: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
You'll be 3 km from the highest point in Maine et Loire (Saint-Georges-des-gardes, with its monastery, orientation table and playground), 20 minutes from the Coteaux du Layon vineyards and the Loire (including the Loire cycle route), 30 minutes from Angers, with its Terra Botanica plant park, château and historic town centre, and 45 minutes from the Puy du fou. The gîte is also located 8km from Chemillé-en-Anjou (the capital of medicinal plants, with its theatre, the beautiful Camifolia botanical garden and its various activities, its municipal swimming pool and cinema) and 17km from Cholet (known as the capital of handkerchiefs, with many activities on offer: water sports centre, textile museums, monuments to the Vendée wars, ice rink, swimming pool, bowling, go-karting, laser game, etc.).
