This holiday rental is a detached house, entirely on one level, measuring 125m², close to the owners' house. On the edge of the forest, the private garden is the ideal place to relax: south-east-facing terrace, sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue (charcoal or gas), children's play area, large 1,000m² lawn. You'll also have an outdoor terrace and a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals and take in the view of the vegetation, depending on the weather.
The private swimming pool for 6 people (2.5m x 4.5m) is heated to 32°C and features a counter-current swim and 2 relaxation seats. A walk-in shower is also available in this room. Unheated area.
In the gîte, the light-filled 47m² living room has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 and a relaxing lounge with sofa and television. The sleeping area is divided into two parts: the first corridor leads to the "Baie de Sureau" bedroom (1 x 160x200cm bed), a shower room with walk-in shower, double basins and 1 separate WC. A second corridor leads to the "Menthe Douce" bedroom (2 beds 90x200cm), the "Badiane" bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), the bathroom with bath and double basins and a second separate WC.
A storeroom adjoins the kitchen. The single-storey gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A wine cellar allows you to discover the wines of local winemakers (at winemaker prices).
On request, the owners can provide baby equipment: a high chair, a cot, a toilet adapter and a potty. Private parking for several vehicles is adjacent to the gîte.
