Renovated in 2021, this former cowshed combines modernity with old-world charm (tiled floor, beams, bread oven, etc.).
The gîte opens onto a large, bright living room of 55m² with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), a large dining area and a comfortable sitting area with television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also includes a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a shower room with adapted shower and WC.
You'll love the wellness room, with its wood-burning stove and cosy ambience, and the 2-seater whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day). Available privately during your stay.
Upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm beds that may or may not be joined together), a shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasin unit, and a separate WC.
Enjoy the enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, swings, molky, petanque area with petanque balls, badminton set.
This gîte near Angers is just 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards of Anjou, and 50 km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and the Château d'Azay le Rideau are less than an hour away. For family activities, the Terra Botanica and Anjou Aventure parks are just 15 minutes away, while La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away.
Just 5km from the gîte, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir with its equipped beach, picnic tables, children's play area, dance hall and fishing... (supervised swimming in July and August).
