On the ground floor, you’ll find a large 36m² living area comprising a fitted kitchen and a lounge. On the same level are the bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, followed by a second adjoining bedroom with two bunk beds. On the other side of the landing is the third bedroom with a 160cm bed. Between the two, you will find the shower room and a separate toilet.
Outside, there is a south-facing courtyard where you can park two cars. Below this is the terrace, directly accessible from the living area, with garden furniture, an awning and a gas barbecue. The property is fully enclosed by a gate. The laundry room is accessible from outside the gîte.
You can visit the family estate, just 1 kilometre away, to discover their traditional winemaking methods for Saumur and Coteaux du Layon wines, with a guided tour and free tasting. Starting points for easy walks to admire the vineyards. Ideally situated for sightseeing.
You’ll be just 11 minutes from Doué-La-Fontaine, home to the Bioparc, the Mystère des Faluns and the troglodyte sites; 12 minutes from Montreuil Bellay and its medieval castle; 25 minutes from Saumur and the banks of the Loire; and 45 minutes from Angers.
