Welcome to Le Riez gîte! Located in Doué-la-Fontaine, this accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends, thanks to its shared heated swimming pool and its many on-site activities. On the outskirts of Doué-la-Fontaine, in the direction of Montreuil Bellay, many tourist sites and services are within easy reach: the Bioparc 3.4 km away, troglodytic sites and the Mystère des Faluns just 5 minutes' walk away.
This single-storey gîte opens onto a living room with fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, etc.), dining area and sitting room with television. It has a shower room, separate toilet, washing machine room and three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room with toilet.
The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm), the second has two single beds (80x190cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed and the third, with its own shower room, has two single beds (90x190cm) that can also be joined together to form a double bed.
In summer, you can enjoy the private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. If you want to unwind, there's also garden furniture to enjoy with family or friends.
You can also take advantage of the 5,000 m² landscaped garden shared by the two gîtes and its many on-site activities: pedal go-kart track for children, trampoline, swing, fitness room (elliptical bikes, treadmill, stepper, etc.), games room for young and old (pool table, table football, table tennis, etc.). You can also enjoy a meal in the hut with its plancha.
The covered swimming pool (width: 5m, length: 10m, depth from 0.80 to 2.10m), shared with the nearby L'Imprévu gîte, is salt-treated. It is open and heated from 5 April to 30 September 2025. Sun loungers, cabins and a summer lounge are available.
For a family holiday, baby equipment is available on request (high chair, cot).
