In a charming village 15 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, come and stay in this 18th-century farmhouse with beams, renovated in the local style.
Located 10 minutes from Angers, this ground-floor gîte sleeps 4 and features a living room with open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small dishwasher, etc.), dining area and sitting area with television. The first bedroom with direct access to the courtyard has a double bed (140x190cm) and the second bedroom with a view of the garden has two single beds (90x190cm). The shower room and WC are separate. A washing machine is available in the gîte and there is also a private room with a tumble dryer.
At the back of the gîte, you'll find a pleasant, quiet, flower-filled garden with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers, and you'll love the outside terrace with its arbour, where you can enjoy your meals outside whatever the weather. At the front of the gîte is an enclosed courtyard where you can park a car in complete safety or enjoy your meals depending on the time of day. The owner, who lives next door, will be delighted to share his tips for exploring the region.
The shops in the town centre are just a few minutes' walk away (grocery shop, mini-market, tobacconist's).
Make the most of your stay in Anjou to discover the region's many attractions: the magnificent villages and landscapes on the banks of the Loire, the Layon and Saumurois vineyards, the city of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park, Doué la Fontaine and its troglodyte caves 30 minutes away and Saumur 40 minutes from the gîte. The Angers golf course is 5 minutes away.
The gîte has a Wifi fibre internet connection, a hoover and baby equipment is available on request (high chair and cot).
