In short, there are many treasures to discover just a few steps from this gîte. The tourist route along the Loire leads to the town of Saumur, with its château, its famous Cadre Noir and its many wine cellars (open for tastings... in moderation!), just 25 minutes away. Angers, with its many shops, château, cathedral and Terra Botanica plant park, is 40 minutes away. A stroll along the banks of the River Maine in Angers will give you a taste of the famous "douceur angevine".
This 18th-century house, clad in tufa stone and adjoining the owners' house, opens onto a living room. A lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen await you as you step through the door. A first bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a shower room and separate WC are available on the ground floor.
The first floor offers two large bedrooms, the first with a 140cm x 190cm bed and the second with two 90cm x 190cm beds. There is also a bathroom with bath and separate WC.
Outside, a fully-equipped garden is perfect for spring and summer days. Sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols, barbecue, plancha... everything you need to make the most of the sunshine!
Included in the rental price: wi-fi internet connection, baby equipment on request, a covered shed for two vehicles, a bike shed and a loan bike.
