Between Angers and Saumur, stay in the small village of Milly, built around the 15th-century château of Milly-le-Meugon. The state-owned Milly forest is just 2 km from the gîte and is popular for its many walks and cool temperatures during hot weather. You'll be ideally situated to take advantage of the region's tourist attractions: 6 km from the banks of the Loire, ideal for walking or cycling and discovering the local wildlife, 13 minutes from Doué La Fontaine, 20 minutes from Saumur and 40 minutes from Angers.
The gîte is set in a 16th-century house next to the owners' home and facing the Château de Milly. Entirely on one level, it offers 60 m² of living space with a 16 m² kitchen, a 26 m² living room with dining area, and a 13 m² bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. The shower room and separate toilet are next to the bedroom.
Outside, there is a private area with wrought iron garden furniture and barbecue.
Private parking in the courtyard of the property, just next to the gîte, and the possibility of storing bicycles in a closed shed.
The kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher.
Access to the gîte is by 3 steps on the south side and on a level on the east side. The fireplace is not working. Wifi internet connection.
