In the heart of the Loire Valley, famous for its châteaux and vineyards, the Chardonnay gîte welcomes you for a holiday in the heart of nature and conviviality. Situated on a campsite surrounded by vineyards and just 15 minutes from Angers, this large gîte can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends, combining the independence of a holiday rental with the services of a 4-star campsite.
Spread over three levels, the accommodation offers comfortable, functional spaces. On the ground floor, the bright living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with a large table for 10 people and a lounge with television. The first double bedroom (bed 140*190) has direct access to the gîte's private terrace. A shower room and separate WC complete this level.
On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a third bedroom with three single beds (90x190). There is also a second shower room with double washbasin unit and separate WC.
On the second floor, under the roof, the mezzanine is home to three additional single beds (1 x 80x190 and 2 x 90x190), a popular space for children.
Outside, the private terrace with barbecue lets you make the most of fine weather. The campsite's children's playground and petanque area are just a few metres away.
From early April to late September, you can also take advantage of the campsite's facilities and entertainment. Three pool areas are open from 10am to 8pm, depending on the opening period: a 15 x 7 m heated indoor pool, two 17 x 5 m heated outdoor pools and a 4 x 4 m paddling pool.
In this natural environment, you can go hiking or take advantage of the campsite's pond for some no-kill carp and black-bass fishing. Cycle tourists can take advantage of the dedicated services on offer, including personalised advice, small repair equipment and a partnership with a repair shop.
For stays with babies, a folding bed, high chair, potty and bathtub are available. Free Wi-Fi and parking available in front of the gîte. The nearby Aubance and Layon gîtes can provide additional accommodation for groups.
