The gîte is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, bars and services, as well as the SNCF train station, which is a 7-minute walk away. Take the train from Nantes or Angers for a car-free holiday! By bike or on foot, the Loire à vélo cycle route promises some great discoveries along the river.
This small 50m² house is perfect for a couple or a small family with two young children. Living area of 30m² with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, small lounge with sofa and rocking chair, television (stove not working). The terrace can be accessed from the living room. The outdoor area of approx. 80m² is completely enclosed by walls. You can safely store your bikes here. Available on the terrace: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, garden shed, armchairs, children's games.
Take the Japanese staircase to the first floor, where you'll find a small bedroom (8.50m² at a height of 1m80 and 16m² on the ground) with a 160 x 200 cm bed and memory foam mattress. The bedroom is bright thanks to its 3 windows. A second room upstairs has a large wardrobe and 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can accommodate 2 children on request.
Ideas for outings/activities: Cruise or traditional Loire boat trip on the Loire from Saint Florent le Viel, Montjean-sur-Loire or Champtoceaux. To admire the royal river: the small town of Saint Florent le Viel and the bargemen's village of Montjean-sur-Loire 10 minutes away, the most beautiful panorama of the Loire at Champtoceaux sur Loire 40 minutes away. And there's something for everyone: the Moulin de l'Epinay, the Musée des Métiers, the Musée Julien Gracq, the Musée de la Vigne et du Vin d'Anjou... the medieval Château d'Oudon... The Bistrot-guinguette "Le Marie-Louise" on the other bank of the Loire, 6 minutes by car or 15 minutes from the Guinguette.
