30 minutes from Angers and 5 minutes from the A11 motorway exit linking Nantes to Paris, come and recharge your batteries with family or friends in this gîte set in 1 hectare of enclosed parkland in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Just a few minutes from the market town of Jarzé, the owner, who is passionate about heritage, has restored this 15th and 18th century property, comprising the gîte and a manor house surrounded by a moat.
A pleasant stay awaits you, with swimming in the heated infinity pool on the manor moat in summer, games of billiards or table football, meals around the long kitchen table and evenings by the fire in winter. You can also take advantage of the newly installed petanque court!
On the ground floor, you'll find :
- a chic country-style kitchen with a beautiful slate sink, a functional fireplace and a long wooden table that can accommodate large tables
- a large lounge with a lounge/library area and another area with armchairs and a coffee table next to the large working fireplace
- a billiards room
- a WC.
Upstairs, the corridor leads to 8 small bedrooms (4 with small shower rooms), 2 WCs and 1 bathroom with bath and shower.

The heated swimming pool is accessible (depending on outside temperatures) from June to September from 10am to 8pm and is shared with the owners. A Wi-Fi connection is available outside the gîte only. Heating and wood supply included
During your stay in Anjou, you can discover the riches of the Loire Valley: Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir are 40 minutes away, the banks of the Loire are 25 minutes away, and the city of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park are 30 minutes away. For family activities, there's a leisure centre just a few minutes from the gîte, and La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away.
