My parents started the adventure more than thirty years ago, and they were behind the development of the entire infrastructure of this fabulous site, which has belonged to our family for around 4 centuries. In fact, my grandfather was the last miller to work in the Mill. Over the last few years, we've taken up the torch and added our own touch (wine tasting, discovery of local products with local actors, drawing, painting and reading activities for children).
