At the crossroads of the Vendée, Loire-Atlantique and Maine-et-Loire, this 64 m² gîte welcomes you to La Romagne, in a peaceful hamlet a stone's throw from a working farm. An ideal base from which to explore the Choletais region and visit the major tourist attractions of the Anjou and Pays de la Loire regions.
Outside, it's time to relax: enjoy a sunny terrace, an enclosed garden with no neighbours, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue for your summer evenings. Children can play safely in the fully secure play area.
Inside, the ground floor features a cosy air-conditioned living room with sitting area, a convivial dining area and a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen. There is also a separate toilet.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms:
- One with a double bed (140cm X 190cm)
- The second has a double bed (140cm X 190cm) and a single bed (90cm X 190cm).
- The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, storage space and WC.
From the gîte, there are plenty of places to visit: the Oriental Park in Maulévrier (10 km), the largest Japanese garden in Europe, the Textile and Fashion Museum in Cholet (13 km), the Shoe Trade Museum in Saint-André-de-la-Marche (5 km), Clisson (25 km), a medieval town with a Tuscan flair and the venue for the famous Hellfest festival, Puy du Fou (25 km), a multi-award-winning historical park, Boissière-du-Doré zoo (30 km), walks along the Sèvre Nantaise or on the many hiking trails in the surrounding area. And why not take a trip to Nantes (50 km away) to see the Machines de l'île, or a day trip to the Atlantic coast (around 1h30)?
