Situated in Le Coudray-Macouard, a charming village in the Saumur region, this fully restored old house in the centre of the village is an excellent base for visiting Saumur, Montreuil Bellay, the Château de Brézé, Fontevraud Abbey, Doué-la Fontaine...
The 95m² gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen (induction and gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, etc.), a dining area, a comfortable lounge with television and a bay window opening onto a small, pleasant courtyard with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and tumble dryer under the lean-to.
The gîte has three bedrooms on different floors. The ground floor bedroom has a 140cm x 190cm bed. On the other two levels, you'll find: a bedroom with a 160cm X 200cm bed and a bedroom with two 90cm X 190cm single beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin. Two WCs complete the accommodation, one independent and the other adjoining the ground-floor bedroom.
For families with children, baby equipment is available (cot, bath, high chair, etc.).
Steps in the gîte to get from one room to another (see details in the photo album using the map). Wifi Internet connection (fibre) is included, as is a television socket in each room. Parking is available in the street in front of the gîte. The price includes electricity and heating.
