Built in 2022 using bio-sourced materials, it comprises a living room with a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a sitting area with a view over the garden. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor has a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds, a WC and an unusual mezzanine with a hanging net and hammock. The sofa bed can accommodate up to 6 people.
With family or friends, the private outdoor garden and terrace promise memorable evenings: garden furniture, chiliennes, electric plancha, parasol, string lights...
For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and cleaning is included.
You'll appreciate the proximity of the guinguette, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher's and the restaurants: all within walking distance!
Ideally situated to the south of Angers, you'll be able to take advantage of an exceptional setting on the banks of the Loire and a host of activities including cycling, fishing, hiking, visits to the vineyards, the historic centre of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park. For cyclists, a bike shelter is available on site and the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route passes close to the gîte.
The bus stop is 300 m away and Angers train station is 9 km away.
