From the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud to the rich tapestries of the Apocalypse in the Château d'Angers, via Saumur and the many small villages on the banks of the Loire.
The gîte is located on the Loire cycle route (the Loire is 50 metres from the gîte), giving you the chance to sample the famous sweetness of Anjou! You can relax in the evening in this former tailor's house, restored using traditional materials: tuffeau, wood and terracotta.
- The ground floor comprises a 27 m² living room opening onto the garden, and a 10 m² fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, small freezer). The first bedroom on this level has 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a private shower room with shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
- Upstairs you will find a large 15m² bedroom with parquet flooring, a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, and a shower room with shower, washbasin and wc.
A shady enclosed garden of 800m², with barbecue and garden furniture, is the perfect place to spend pleasant evenings. You can walk along the Loire to reach the centre of the village, with its many shops and restaurants.

Wifi internet connection. Electric heating (calculated over and above the 8 kw per day included in the rental price) and tourist tax are extra.
For cyclists, an enclosed shelter is available in the garden.

Mon mari et moi-même étions arboriculteurs, nous produisions des pommes, des poires et du cassis. Depuis le 1er janvier 2016, nous avons pris notre retraite et consacrons désormais plus de temps à notre famille. Nous partageons aussi notre temps entre diverses responsabilités et engagements au sein de notre commune et le plaisir de l'accueil, de la rencontre que nous permet notre gîte. Depuis longtemps nous avons eu cette volonté d'accueillir et de faire découvrir notre belle région.
