Welcome to L'Epinasserie, a self-catering cottage in Anjou, surrounded by greenery, in the peace and quiet of the countryside, 40 minutes from Cholet and Saumur. The owners, who live on site, are concerned about the environment. They will help you enjoy this haven of peace and be on hand to guide you as you explore the Anjou region.
The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, bread oven and television, a blue bedroom with 1 x 160cm x 200cm bed, a shower room with large walk-in shower and separate WC. Adjoining the kitchen, the living room with wood-burning stove, connected TV, table football and a carrom will delight young and old alike. Paintings from the Rablais-sur-Layon art gallery are on display in this room. The stairs from the living room lead to a cosy bedroom in the basement (independent access), with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed (6.1 m² at 1.80m) and private bathroom facilities (walk-in shower and WC). Please note that the height of the bedroom door is 1.50 m.
Upstairs, the third sloping bedroom has a single bed (140 x 190cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm) (20m² on the ground and 7m² at a height of 1.80m). A play area on the mezzanine with sofa bed will delight the little ones.
Outside, take advantage of a 250m² landscaped courtyard with a covered area for your summer evenings: duckboard terrace, barbecue, barbecue chairs, facing west. To the south-west, there is a second outdoor area, including a 3500m² garden planted with trees and shared with the owners, with plenty of outdoor play equipment for children (swings, bumper cars, sandpit), as well as a petanque area.
Teleworking from your holiday accommodation is possible thanks to a high-speed internet connection (Orange - wifi or wired). The following equipment is provided: a desk, an extension lead and a multiple socket, as well as a desk lamp.
Baby equipment: high chair, cot, bath and changing table. Heating costs included.
The owners have the Vignobles et Découvertes label. They will be delighted to help you discover the wines and producers of the Anjou-Saumur vineyards. You can also visit Camifolia in Chemillé, the Parc Oriental in Maulévrier, the Musée des Métiers in Sevremoine, the Bioparc in Doué la Fontaine and the famous Puy du Fou, just 50 minutes away.
