This unique accommodation is located 35 minutes from Saumur, its château and its troglodyte dwellings. Whether as a couple or with the family, make the most of your stay to visit the Bioparc de Doué-en-Anjou (15 mins), the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (20 mins), the ‘Petite Cité de Caractère’ of Montreuil-Bellay and its castle (30 mins), or even Puy du Fou (45 mins). Wine lovers can also explore the Haut-Layon wine-tasting trail (Vihiers/Doué-en-Anjou = 66 km) and discover the region’s cultural heritage and vineyards.
The caravan, with a floor area of 17m², comprises a main room featuring a dining area and a kitchenette (2 hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), a 140x190cm bed set in an alcove, and two 80x190cm beds that double as benches. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin unit and a toilet. Garden furniture with a barbecue is available under the private, secluded covered area, situated a few metres from the caravan.
The owners grant you access to the swimming pool situated in front of their house, which is shared with the gîte. Terms of use: accessible from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, from early May to late October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.50m. Heated to 28° and you can swim under the low canopy. Sun loungers and a relaxation area are available.
The pétanque court, swing and children’s play area are shared with the La Bodinerie holiday cottage, situated on the same property. Electric vehicle charging point (3.7 kW, charged at an additional cost based on usage).
