The property is surrounded by pastures with animals that the owners look after for pleasure: donkeys, pigs, farmyard, sheep, cats, etc. You will be located 3km from Saint Florent le Viel, a small town of character on the banks of the Loire with all amenities: shops, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The gîte is 30 minutes from the gates of Angers and Cholet and 45 minutes from Nantes, both of which offer a wealth of cultural and tourist attractions.
This 40m² one-bedroom apartment is bright and airy thanks to the glass windows that run the length of the house. The kitchen is equipped and functional, separated by a partition. The rest of the room is furnished with a lounge (1 leather sofa and a sofa bed) and a dining area for 4 people. On the other side of the curtain is the sleeping area with a 140x190cm bed and television. The shower room, in an enclosed area, has a shower, vanity unit and wc.
